1. Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Cream Butter & Sugar:
In a large bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla bean seeds or extract.
4. Combine Batter:
Add dry ingredients and milk alternately in three parts, mixing gently. Fold in the fresh raspberries carefully to avoid crushing.
5. Bake:
