- 1 Β½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- Β½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (120g) sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup (120g) chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 ml) sweetened condensed milk

- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Make the crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a firm crust.
- Layer ingredients:
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
- Add a layer of chopped nuts (if using).
- Sprinkle shredded coconut over the top.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over everything β do not stir.
- Bake for 25β30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbling slightly.
- Cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars. For cleaner cuts, chill in the fridge for 1 hour before slicing.
